These terms apply to quotations issued by Cabinets Doors Replacement and to any work we carry out. They were last updated when this site was published.
Quotations
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A written quote is valid for thirty days and is based on the measurements we take on site. If the scope changes after the quote is accepted, we will re-quote in writing before continuing.
Deposits and payment
Doors are made to your measurements, so a deposit is taken when the order is placed. The balance is due on completion. We will confirm the exact amounts in the written quote before you commit to anything.
Timescales
Manufacturing lead time depends on the style and finish you choose and is confirmed in your quote. Installation dates are agreed with you in advance. Where a delay is outside our control, such as a supplier shortage, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Warranty
We warrant our doors and our installation for five years from the date of completion. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in our workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear to handles and moving parts.
Cancellation
You may cancel before your doors go into manufacture and we will refund your deposit in full. Once made-to-measure items are in production they cannot be cancelled, as they cannot be resold.
Liability
We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
