What we collect
If you complete the quote form we collect the name, phone number, e-mail address and message you type in, together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and the time of submission. The last two are kept only to help us identify automated spam.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in this website’s dashboard and e-mailed to our own address. Our website hosting provider processes the data on our behalf. Nobody else has access.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as the warranty runs, plus any period required for tax purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the dashboard, which visitors never need to do.
Your rights
